I made this delicious smoothie the other day and thought to share it here with you guys. It is ridiculously simple and easy to make, you will be needing just 3 ingredients. I love smoothies not only because they are super easy to make but it is also a great way to chug down your daily fruit and vegetable requirements and they are always the perfect breakfast option on days where you literally have to get up and get going.


1 banana

1/2 cup pineapple

1/2 cup orange juice


Simply combine all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pro-tip; prepackaging the fruits in a Ziploc bag or an airtight container the night before helps you get a chilled drink instantly
